I went in search for an apartment unfortunately they didnt have what I needed, but the young lady Day at the front desk, was very helpful and informative! I like how this complex seems soo cozy and quiet!

The comments regarding Carmen being amazing are from her friends if she has any... she is disrespectful, negligent, and out right disgusting. I expressed concerns about the lack of rain gutters being put back in after their unpermitted roofing work, and her response was to tell me to mind my own business, or leave the property. I will edit this with photos showing the disgusting trash thrown throughout the property as well as our correspondence as I demanded everything in writing due to her constant lies.. DO NOT MOVE HERE....

Palm springs apartments is a lovely place to be at quite & safe , as much stress we had trying to secure our 1st apartment they made it effortlessly and helped us. Carmen has been such a wonderful add on she is really getting things done we look forward to continue to be part of the community!

The staff was very very friendly professional. They also guided me and also help me whenever I was in need of help with the website. I got a very good treatment from everyone in the office. It was a great experience. I hope to have a long relationship here as I keep renting.
