Awful customer service!!! When we bought our home our roof was under warranty with them and we discovered a leak so we called them to have them inspect it to have the warranty transfered into our name. First appt we had with them to come out they canceled and we had to reschedule to the following week, the 2nd appt they no called no showed. Both my husband and I called to find out if they were still coming out and the girls in the office said they would find out and call us back and they never did. I called back the next day saying I wanted to talk to a supervisor, the girl let me know she would contact them and give me a call back and now a week later still haven't heard back from anyone. Edit: A couple weeks after the encounter above they called us and apologized stating they had been out of town and that is why they never showed up and sent someone out to inspect our roof.. The following weekend they sent someone out to repair our roof and they let me know that they transferred the warranty into our name and we were not going to have to pay for it. I am grateful that they did come out and repair our roof, I just really wish the communication had been better as my husband had to take off 2 days of work just for them not to show up. Thank you for coming out and repairing it!!

On Oct 3rd, 2022 my car was hit from behind at a stop light from a person driving an Armored Roofing truck vehicle. The person said he did not have a drivers license and spoke very little English. To help communicate, he called someone at Armor named Misa, probably a supervisor (?) who spoke English. Misa assured me that there was no need to call the Sherriff, they had insurance, and would immediately text me with the insurance info (which he never did). The accident made me late to a very important doctor appointment so I left and later the same day reported to my insurance company who can't seem to get a response from the owner of Armor. They seem to be ignoring that this has happened. Several saw this accident and took videos and pictures. Pics attached. Clearly they were at fault and aren't stepping up. I would not use this company.

I spoke with Yiani from armored roofing prior to them coming out, he was very knowledgeable when he arrived. We had damage on the roof from a previous hurricane and he was able to handle all aspects of replacing the roof. Highly recommend. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
