If I could give this company less than one star I would. What an unprofessional company. They had us pack up our food and all of our pets (four dogs and 6 fish) and evacuate for four days starting Friday. It could have been three days but they told us if the weather was bad we wouldn't be able to come back. We rented an airbnb. Then they never showed up. At first we thought it was because of weather, because it rained Friday, but then they never showed the whole weekend and didn't call us back. So we thought maybe it was they didn't work weekends. But they didn't get back to us Monday either and we'd planned on returning Tuesday. When they finally returned our calls Monday night, we were told they were sorry but the sales person hadn't put in proper paperwork and it wasn't done due to their error and they could do it in a monty. When a manager finally called us Tuesday on our way home, he offered to do it the next day (we were already driving with 4 dogs) and they OK then the company would reimburse our lodging and to send a bill. Then we sent a bill and guess what? They changed their mind because they didn't like the place we stayed (too expensive...well yes with four dogs they charge extra, and we had to pay it) and offered us 200. off the treatment plus free subterranean treatment (we didn't need subterranean treatment). We have been using Green Tech for a while now. Have used other companies and they are good for a few months and then that's it. Green Tech and our Tech Ricky are the best. He listens to what I have to say and then explains things to me to where I understand and know what needs to be done. They do our lawn, mosquito spray and bugs. Keep up the good work Ricky and Green Tech.

Paid initial $200 fee for service due to small ants in my kitchen and bathroom. 3 months later the ants are now everywhere in my house. Bathrooms, cabinets, kitchen, back room, garage not to mention I have NEVER had an issue with palmettos and ever since they began treating it seems to have driven them into the garage! I have paid the initial $200 plus every month there after at $45 and not only do I still have ants they are worse. When contacting the company they will no waive the last/current month service charge and care not one bit that I am completely unsatisfied with their perform/product. I was told to even go to Home Depot and buy ant gel…(same one they are using) isn’t that what I pay you for? I’ve tried contacting management with no return calls. Spoke with a lady on 10/1 told her to cancel service and I would like to speak to a supervisor/manager, nothing. Call back 10/4 different lady who said she sees notes to cancel service but wasn’t completed and they even scheduled me for a follow up in a week. Another terrible down fall to this company… they schedule you via a text message you confirm and then the tech shows up at the wrong time or a completely different day. Very unreliable, poor communication and I honestly feel like I would of saved money and time doing it myself!! Services: Ants, Hornets or wasps

Scammed right off the bat. I purchased a house that the previous owners used this company once a year. The sales guy came out and informed me that I MUST do a transfer of service. I thought this was strange but I paid for this. Then he went through paperwork so quick, took our check and left. The guy who "treated" our home was here for 8 minutes. Less than 30 days later I am starting to see bugs. My house is clean and I understand that bug are Normal in Florida but come on less than 30 days? I called our service guy and he text me that someone would come out that day. I waited and nobody showed up. I contacted him the next day and he informed me that someone would be out that day. Again nobody. I contacted him the 3rd day and he informed me they would get to me asap as his tech was sick. You only have 1 tech??? Really???
So I informed him to cancel our contract with him and as soon as he heard that he said I can have someone come today between 2-4. To which I said no thank you cancel our services with you. So I called the office to cancel as this is what the sales guy told me to do. We paid plenty of Money upfront for a service we were told would be every couple of months of them coming out and spraying only to find out it is ONCE A YEAR. This is unacceptable. When I called the office to discuss some sort of refund I was told no sorry we did your service. SO you did the service and when I see bugs you can't get people out here to take care of it. This is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Almost 800.00 for 1 month of no bugs or issues. What the office told me was we did your service and you deserve no refund. WOW I will never recommend or use this company. The worst advertising for a company is an unhappy customer!!!!!
