Absolutely outstanding!! I chose Specialized Coatings to paint the entire exterior of my home and it was one of the best decisions that I have have ever made. Susan provided an excellent and thorough evaluation and estimate for my home and was very responsive with communication and guidance throughout the entire project. Mike and Ted painted my home and I am thrilled with the outcome!! Their hard work, attention to detail, true expertise in every single stage of the painting project and professionalism were outstanding and I am so grateful for such a job well done. Plus, they all really cared about my painting project and were so kind and pleasant to work with. It looks like I have a brand new home now and it was painted with top notch quality products as well. Our condo building in Douglas Arms hired Specialized Coatings to paint the exterior of our building. The team of Mike and Ted did an amazing job and finished in the promised time frame. Mike was an excellent communicator of what to expect each day so we could keep our residents informed of any minor inconveniences that were ahead. (When exterior floors and individual unit doors are being painted, communication is key). They cleaned up every day and kept a low profile while doing their work. Their professionalism was appreciated. Mike also kept in close contact with the paint supplier and we all had open discussions when necessary to make sure we were all on the same page. If anything didn't look right he did not hesitate to point it out, ask our opinion, and suggest solutions. After using them on a prior job (done very well) at our condominium, we had them do a job for us on painting over 25 exterior doors. They did the job per our requirements and were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We will have them bid our entire condo building next year. Very happy with work.
