They repaired my engagement ring and wedding band and did an excellent job. The rings look the same as the day I got them! The communication was great throughout the process from Aleigh and Alexis. They both provided great service and education for the care of my jewelry.

Ashley was so friendly and helpful from the minute I walked through the door! She helped me to find a last minute wedding band for my fianc, 4 days before our wedding! My late husband and were customers of Les Olson back when Les Olson himself owned the business. That had to be late seventies-early eighties! We have been very happy with the Shinskys also and I would never go to another jeweler when it comes to repairs or restyling. Not only is the work beautifully done, I trust them completely. Even my daughter who lives in California takes her jewelry here for cleaning or repair when she visits!
