It is almost too difficult to give a review for our experience last weekend at this restaurant. We were a large group, and the service was wonderful by our waitress. The rest of it was a fiasco

The truth is, I'm a very easygoing and understanding kind of guy. I never do this, so with that said, you have to be astoundingly bad at what you do if I am. We made a reservation for three to celebrate my wife's birthday at 6:30. We arrived at 6:20 and 45 minutes later, we finally got a glass of water. Unbelievably, it only got worse from there. I have been all over the world and have never seen such horrible service. We waited for hours and were still never served. I had to go to Publix for chicken and salad for my wife's birthday dinner. Positano's made it immensely clear that they didn't value us as customers. They were not even remotely busy or short-staffed. They simply failed in every way possible. We had never been there before and were excited to try it, but that will never happen now. Thanks for nothing.

Had dinner at Positanos last night and cant recommend it more. The mussels were so fresh and the portions generous. We also enjoyed the margherita pizza and filet mignon, cooked perfectly to order. Cant wait to dine in again!
