Nurse Parchin was extremely rude, she denied me and my daughter a COVID test. I recently was released from quarantine and my daughter and I wanted to get tested to make sure she isn't positive when she gets vaccinated (per her pediatricians direction) she cannot get the vaccine if she's positive. Because I was positive I wanted to make sure she isn't positive, I clearly explained this to her and she had the nerve to ask me if I work. What does this have to do with needing a test to ensure my daughters safety before her vaccine.. this was my first bad experience here

Some of the staff in the pharmacy could use a lesson on politeness and customer service but it's a quick in and out the prices are a little high I think so I'd rather take my prescriptions and my purchases to Publix if it's open the only upside of this place is that it's open 24 hours a day 356 days a year. And there's a RedBox machine outside in case you need to return movies after hours that maybe you got at Publix or something
