Extremely unprofessional staff. From the moment I arrived at the office the front desk lady was rude and obviously does not like her job or coworkers. Dr.Altman spent a total of two minutes in the room, I timed it. My insurance was billed as a high level exam. I’m sorry but if you are only in the room for two minutes it should be a minimal exam. I have experience in insurance billing/coding and what they coded to my insurance was absurd. It is obvious that the only thing concerned with in this office if what ends up in the Doctors pocket. After doing more research I have been told not to allow this Doctor to do any type of surgery on you, he will scar you for life. Will definitely not be going back.

My dermatologist did a couple biopsies, one turned out to be basal cell. I was referred to Dr. Altmans office for Mohs surgery. Being I had never been through this I was pretty nervous. Lyndsay could not of been more kind and went through the procedure and answered all my questions. Dr Altman did a great job, which was on my face just below my eye. He was very gentle and we talked about music during the procedure. If you are ever facedwith having to go through Mohs surgery, I highly recommend this office. .

I was in Dr. Altman's clinic yesterday for a routine checkup and to have a growth removed that was of concern to me. What is of much comfort to me is the fact that Dr. Altman has seen thousands of skin conditions, that he answers my questions clearly and directly and that he is obviously committed to his patient's well being. Thanks again!

WORST DECISION I EVER MADE! Dr. Altman Roger was very rude to me when I explained my concerns during my appointment. There where 3 different girls that came in the room with him (which I found weird). I felt uncomfortable taking my clothes off in front of everyone and out of nowhere he lifted the back of my shirt and bra very very rough without my consent nor did he ask. May not be a big deal for some but this was not professional at all. He didn't even ask and I felt so violated. He made unprofessional comments about me finding another boyfriend because my boyfriend also suffers from dermatology issues. Worst experience of my life! Oh and my condition nor concerns where rectified during my appointment. So I paid to get violated and embarrassed pretty much. I would never take my child or an adult for that matter to this doctor EVER!! Find someone else!
