I’m a local business owner. Frank has been handling my business and personal IT for over 10 years, and he does an excellent job! Frank is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. I met Frank over 20 years ago. I gave him a try and never turned back. Frank Wagner is a knowledgeable and efficient computer tech who solves all my problems when they arise. But his greatest asset is customer service. I once had an emergency that required him to come early in the morning on a Weekend and work all day. No problem. I had multiple IT providers that simply couldn’t get the job done right. We found Frank Wagner over20 years ago. We are so glad we did. He fixes problems and does installation very efficiently and correctly. I give my highest recommendation. You can not possibly get better service in my opinion.

Frank Wagner has worked with both myself, my wife, and my secretary for many years now. He has always provided prompt, efficient, and effective service for all of us; in both a business and a personal context. He seems to be able to trouble shoot and resolve almost any problem that presents itself. He is also very professional and personable in his relationship with his clients.
