I had my daughter take her car by to repair a leak. No leak was found.... I checked that tire again in a couple or weeks and it had 14 lbs PSI. I had the tires off to work on the brakes and a visual check quickly revealed the nail in the center of the tread. Circled it with marker. Sent her back. They fixed the tire. No apology for missing the nail the first time around. Thanks for wasting our time again. We have had repeated problems (some costly) including the install of an incorrect oil filter which caused the loss of the oil. Install of 4 new tires when I ordered only the fronts..... the rears were brand new Michelins from the same store on Tyrone Blvd St. Pete I'm pretty much done with the incompetent service from your stores.

Juan was incredibly helpful. He showed me where my car's Vin # is, and where to check for the year of manufacture. He gave me great advice about the kind of oil to use, and what the difference is between the types. I look forward to coming back to this location for many years!

I like this place. Ive been here half a dozen times in the last eight years. Ive been driving for.OMG, over forty years now- like 45. This is a legit and honest shop from everything Ive seen. Im surprised at some bad reviews. Ive been here for one tire, another fine for four tires balanced, another fine for valve stems after the tire place across the street charge me for them with my new tires, but never changed them, once for an alignment, and once for tire rotation. With the tire rotation I was pressured to buy a bottle of fuel injection cleaner, even though my car was running fine. I relented and bought it since it was only $15 or $20 and I felt bad for the manager and mechanic since I was in for only a tire rotation. Everyones got to make a living. They do seem short handed these days, but thats many places and not their fault. I highly recommend them compared to competition across 19.
