Not one to leave negative feedback but after repeated attempts I cannot come get them to look at my leaving awning which has dropped since the install.

Nick Tawbush and I have spoken numerous times to get final inspection done.....over 1 year later...no final city inspection that was promised by end of March '19 when permit expired. Call & text but get no response. Rated 1 star sadly due to their lack of quality assurance and completion. Nick please contact me with a completion date!

The windows this company installed in 2018. started to leak in June of 2020.they have holes in the top which allow rain water to pour in like a waterfall. I have not been able to reach them they have not returned phone calls. We were told by Nick Taubush that they were guaranteed for 10 years. We asked for company name and paperwork on the windows. He never came through. In 2018 he was supposed to return to finish up a few things. He never returned and never responded to our calls. We sent 2 certified letters requesting him to finish the job and bring us warranty information on the windows. The letters were returned as not accepted by addressee. The workers also dropped something on our tile and cracked it. We have dealt with that and paid someone else to finish the job. The windows must be replaced and we plan to make sure that this company takes care of that one way or another. In February of 2018 we contacted the building inspector department and found out that Taubush had never obtained a permit for the job. With some difficulty the inspector located Taubush who came and paid for a permit but never returned to get it. The sunroom was never inspected.

Terrible workmanship and service!!! Do not get anything built by them. I had a screen room built with a walk on roof about 7 months ago. Have had leaking problems ever since. They say they will be out to fix the leaks and never show up. The installer nick has went through multiple workers and does a half done job, he has been out to try and “fix” the leaks and the over flow of the gutter he installed but never is done correctly. I have about 4-5 leaks in my room and an overflowing gutter. Seems like there should of been a different tilt to the roof/gutter.. His father Stan comes out and does a measurement and quote but that’s about all he’s good at, oh and he is good at telling you that his son will be back out next day to fix the problem and never shows up. I highly do not recommend them, I have been calling and texting them also leaving messages and never hear back from them. Stay away from exosunrooms. Do yourself a favor, look for a better installer.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Original review on 07/29/2019. Something very BAD is going on with this company and people. I am trying to get the project moving for the past 4-5 months and not even engineering or permits are ready, they took my deposit and I have a bad feeling about all this. Edit on 08/20/2019. Three weeks later I am out of my deposit($1800) and Nick - young guy or Stanley - old guy did not make any attempts to make a refund. I am filing with FL state licensing department to have their license suspended and a small court claim as well. Will keep you posted. Update on 09/06/2019. I involved the police on 08/28/2019. A case(2019-80172) was filed and they were contacted by the sheriff's department because the same evening I received the text that Stanley is sending me a bank check via certified mail. Two days later I am looking at the cashier's check with utmost disbelief and relief. The police accomplished the task in one day that I couldn't in weeks. Nick had the audacity to ask me to remove this review because the refund was made! This was my answer: "Nick Tawbush know that you are a scammer, a fraud and a liar and I will let the world know that." You and your father took the deposit specifically to obtain the permits and engineering reports. That was never done during those 5-6 months that I tried working with you. Why? Because you never had the intention of doing it and that is a SCAM. Reply to response on 09/08/2019. Another lie. You never did the engineering. It was never mentioned during those months when I tried to get anything done with your lousy company. YOU ARE A LIAR AND A FRAUD and you can shove your blessed day. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
