36 year old autoclave went down recently. They picked it up, supplied me with a loaner, and returned the fully repaired unit a few days later. I’ve been using their services for about 30 years and I am a satisfied customer.

Can Dental Solutions came to our office THREE times to fix a leaking toggle switch on our VetPro 1000 mobile dental system. After the most recent visit, the unit began leaking again the next day. Brazenly, they billed Labor and Travel for each visit. I understand it took time for them to come out, but if they didn't solve the problem the first TWO times I would personally not charge to come out to take another look. When I called last week to report the unit leaking again and request another visit, I heard nothing back from their office. On top the inability to fix the problem, my staff has complained that during the last two visits that the owner and his son have been rude, condescending, and dismissive. If I could give 0 stars I would! Perhaps they should change their name to CAN'T Dental.
