Front staff was nice but the visit was an awful experience. The NP who saw me was talking to the front staff about my visit and insurance loud enough for me and the whole lobby to hear. Very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I am a 9/11 survivor and was there for a 9/11 appointment. She had no clue what tests to run or what to do. Why accept the insurance or visit if you aren't able to meet the requirements? Left disappointed, upset, and defeated. I do not recommend this practice.

My experience in this office has been nothing but wonderful! All of the staff are very nice and accommodating! The Nurse Practitioners really listen and explain things so you can understand. I will continue to use this office and recommend them to everyone!

My first visit was so so. Office staff somewhat friendly. Was ordered chest Xrays. Went on Monday. Called Tuesday and they didnt have results yet. I called Xray place and got the report right away. Called back here on Wed, and person on phone said oh, probably sitting on someone's desk. Friday and still no call back on results. Little leary about what happens if you go for blood work or anything more serious. I think it's a nice place, but probably will not go back. Plus the Dr. that is supposed to be there, only does medical marijuana now, and does not see patients for care, only the NPs now.

Went here as a new patient to the area that my insurance accepts. Had a good office visit. The office members and Ms. Dopp were professional and personable. I will continue to use this office.

Amazing experience! Maria was super helpful on the phone; she answered right away and took care of everything I needed. The rest of the staff was super warm and welcoming, overall, I enjoyed my first experience here.
