Outboard Clinic

I contacted Outboard Clinic inquiring about an older late 80's outboard. I sent a message online Saturday evening. Monday morning at 8:45 I received a call from a gentleman who I later found out was the owner Jerry. After listening to what I wanted to do with this motor, he informed me the cost, and step by step and what each procedure would entail. I was told to take a bit of time, think about it and let him know what my decision was. It impressed me that he had every answer to every nut and bolt and known problems with my model without hesitation. I mean the guy just knows his stuff. Never once did he hurry me or laugh at my terminology / lack of knowledge. At this point he has spent 20 min. answering my questions. I informed Jerry I didn't need time to think it through. I wanted him to do it. Any man that takes that kind of time with me and lays it all out there good and bad is a winner in my book and someone I will send my money too. I sent the block, had it back in just over 2 weeks. Jerry even assembled a parts kit for me at my request. Everything was shipped back to me, the block looks great, pistons are fitted and I am looking forward to putting this all back together. Thank you so much to Jerry and his crew at. Outboard Clinic.

Looking to have your motor rebuilt? Search no further. My 1996 Evenrude Intruder is now purring like never before. Jerry’s work is top notch and offers straight forward communication skills. Not being a mechanic myself I had several questions in both the disassembly and assembly of my motor. Each step of the way, Jerry was there to offer advice. You will not be disappointed!!!!

I contacted Jerry regarding sending him a Johnson V6 motor to be machined. After he took a look at it he called and recommended a couple of different alternatives which made me feel like he was looking out for me and my best interests. I live in upstate NY and needed the power head on my Mercury 250xs rebuild quickly. I contacted the Outboard Clinic and spoke with Jerry to see if he could help. Jerry was awesome and helped me through the process of getting the powerhead to him repaired and returned to me quickly. Jerry was very professional and kept me informed of progress of my repair.
