Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Closed

I ordered pickup 20 minutes before closing time. The store was closed when I showed up 15 minutes before its closing time so I was unable to pickup my order even though it was accepted by the store. Tried calling and nobody was inside. On top of that, website couldn't even process my refund.

One of the employees was on the move while the other three w were on slow motion and my other was given to another person

Waited 8-8:30 today and still no one showed up. How many online orders will need to be refunded due to this and when will the store actually open so I can call in to get my refund......

I would rate this place a zero star if I could. Hours says they open at 8am. I arrived 7:55am and waited until 8 for them to open. I waited for 15 minutes and no one had arrived. I left at 8:15am as I could not keep waiting without knowing what time someone would show up to work. There we're people also who arrived after me waiting there and left as well. This is by far the worst one yet. To the owner, have your employees show up on time or change your open hours later if they can not get up early in the morning. Terrible!!!
