This office is very unprofessional. All the reviews are true. I should have read the reviews before I was assigned to this practice… Not only is the office unprofessional so is the staff. Ena called me this morning and was very rude and started yelling at me to the point that she just hung up on me after cursing at me. This is not the first time that Ena who works there acts unprofessional over the phone. She is so ghetto and rude. Cursing at me after she was wrong.. And for the record I’m still waiting for the office manager to give me a call and it’s been 3 days …

Update: the office manager called me to tell me all the issues below had been addressed. This is not true! I called in March for a teledoc appointment and was told someone would get back to me to set an appointment. It took 3 days and they called on an unknown number. I usually don't pick up unknown numbers but I took a chance. They scheduled an appointment for April 2nd with Trish (I like Trish very much). I waited on the phone for a half an hour after being told Trish would be with me momentarily. A half an hour later still no connection. I called the office from another phone line only to find out no one told her I was waiting. After our visit she asked me to schedule a followup appointment when my bloodwork came in and to check my BP which has been an issue. My blood work came in and my BP was getting higher and I was getting concerned. I called for an appointment. I was told she was on vacation the following next and I explained that I was very concerned and would take any appointment they could give me prior to her holiday no matter what I had to do to rearrange my work schedule. I was so grateful that I was given an appointment for this Friday 5/21/2021, just prior to her vacation. I got a text from the office AFTER office hours today (5/20/21) telling me they had cancelled my appointment and I should call back. Hopefully I won't have a stroke or heart attach before they can find time. Please be aware that patient needs are the very least of their concerns. This practice is all about revenue. I have no doubt tomorrow they will tell me to "go to the ER if I feel the need". I have a Primary care doctor so I will never have to obtain standard medical care in the ER. Getting an appointment is almost impossible. You must leave a message and they say they will get back to you. It rarely happens. Getting hold of your Dr. or Nurse is next to impossible. Rx's are consistently send to the wrong pharmacy for the wrong time-frames. You must make an appointment to get any RX refills. (good luck with that) This is a revenue building group not a medical group. They ensure they write scripts for the shortest length of time so you need to continually have to pay for office visits to get refills. You will need to take a half day off from work due to wait time to see the Dr. Dr Chueca is wonderful but the office administration is lacking to the point I would suggest another other medical group.

Since the new company took over it's impossible for patients.... Long term (over 5 years) to be seen when they are sick. I've been turned away for 2 weeks. Disappointing as my doctor herself is amazing.

Trish was very nice , took her time and was patient. The secretaries were not professional. They laughed amongst themselves and they didn’t seem like they cared about their jobs, or the patient’s that were in the waiting room. The medical technician wasn’t very pleasant either. She didn’t smile or try to make conversation. This office reminded me of a factory. In order to refill a prescription, the patient has to come back, pay for a visit and get the prescription. After two visits, I realized this place was not for me.
