The breakfast Philly is amazing !!! Can't wait to go back for a regular Philly, the bagel we got was a little small but had a generous filling of ham, egg and cheese. Prices can't be beat. Indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommended this place.

I was disgusted when I went there and the lady taking your order can't stop coughing and at the same time she takes orders,answers the phone and preps your food at the same time. Without washing hands nor wearing gloves. I have nothing against a person coughing,especially if he or she is sick but I do think it is not proper to have someone like that serving food without even washing her hands before she preps your food.

Bagels are to die for but the service literally makes me want to die. Complete garbage management, 40+ year old employees can’t even take down and order and execute it properly. You ask for one thing and get something else everytime. I’ve eaten here way more than I should for lack of better options and it’s so damn frustrating leaving and looking in my bag to see yet again something wrong with my order. No joke everytime I leave, haven’t had my order made correctly in probably the last 7-8 visits in a row. One last thing, bagel boys doesn’t know what the hell a normal serving of cream cheese is on a bagel, make sure to grab a knife and about 20 napkins to clean your food off. If you speak Spanish you have more of a chance at getting your order made correctly since the cooks don’t speak any damn English.

The one in Jupiter is solid but this one struggles on many levels. Don’t answer the phone, runs out of basic stuff and seems to be understaffed at times. Gave it 3 shots and now I’m done. I will still visit the Jupiter location when it’s convenient.
