Worst customer service i have ever detl with completele disrespect, no call back, lied about parts(found that out at another shop) was worried more about my shoes than the business at hand, makes threats etc & can't fullfill those either. When you arrive, i can promise you will have the thought that your not dealing with the owner, but you are. Never Again & i hope nobody has to deal with such a bad environment & Business Like i did. Last Words was i need to realize its a small community, we will cross paths. Lol well that should tell it all, unprofessional. I'm not sure which owner I had the issue with but whoever it was was no professional by any means I needed a drive belt put on my mower they said to they ordered it 2 weeks later I find out he had not ordered it he told me he couldn't find it and the helper at this establishment told me that he gets into arguments with alot of customers. Believe me or not take it equipment there if u want better off at east side mowers and have to wait a little bit then to be lied to and waste all ur time

They. Do. Not keep you informed about your mower. I had to put a new motor on my mower and it took 6 weeks. Back in the shop for a broken clutch wire after a week In there with 5 phone calls i am picking up my mover and taking it somewhere else. I will never take anything there for repair ever again
