I just want to say that I have never found a Veterinary Hospital that cared so much for the animal as well as the owner, I have recently lost a beloved member of our family, our bear was 15 and we had to say goodbye to him last week. It was the hardest thing my husband and I have had to do, he was like one of our children, never slept a day on the ground.They sent a young man out to help us pick him up and take him in the hospital and to say our goodbyes, his name was Shane, hopefully I am spelling his name correctly, but he was a warm loving young man, and my bear even felt comfortable in his arms. I can't thank all of them enough for the affection they showed to my baby, I will never forget it, and should I ever get another dog, I will never take him anywhere but there, they showed me they really care, and they were there when we needed them the most!!! Thank Each and everyone of you at the hospital. Mr. & Mrs Randy DeVore
