I used them through my home warranty insurance and I cannot give them enough credit. This company sent me a tech that absolutely knew what he was doing, once fixed (which didnt take too long) when I asked what the problem was, he was great at dumbing it down for me but If I can start that we received a different company first that was a handyman service but HVAC certified (which shouldnt have been but I am not HVAC certified so my opinion only) the handyman company (in my opinion, too many things not adding up) was literally trying to get more money from the insurance and us trying to replace a compressor (which did not need to be replaced), and when when we asked for an itemized bill since some parts still under manufacture warranty and we had to pay upfront also the previous company did not send itemized bill like we requested) this raised red flags, then one thing being said to us and another to insurance was enough for me, insurance sent us Love my AC after reassigning they fixed it at necessary level which was good for us and insurance. but proves how this company operates, which is at a very honest level. I couldnt have been more satisfied with their service. They were on time, reliable, very communicative and most importantlyhonest. I will be calling the homeowner warranty company to recommend them. Darrell provided excellent service. He came, got approval from the home warrant co. and replace part, all within one hour. A/c is working good. Service: A/C system repair

My warranty company sent this company out to service my a/c because it wasnt cooling. The service guy diagnosed the problem and left my unit completely unassembled.Leaving me and my son (Im a single mom) unable to turn on the heat during the cold front. My heat and fan works fine. I had to have another company come out to reassemble my unit. Very disrespectful work ethic. **In response to the owner. You guys did not reach out to me. As a consumer I am entitled to leave a review. As a business owner it would have been more professional on your part to call me directly regarding my review. My a/c is still down while I continue to wait for the part. That is not your fault I am not blaming you all for that. That is between me and my warranty company. However, my heat is on and running. Nothing as of yet has been repaired regarding my evaporation valve. I was able to use my fan prior to someone reaching my home. When he left I couldn't turn it back on. I turned my unit off the morning before you all visited because I figured it would help you guys out.The company that came out to help me said,"Ms. Smith looks like the other company didn't like you very much considering how they left your unit." EVERYTHING was disconnected. He made sure everything was connected before he left and kept the fan on. What I am upset about is the mess your worker left behind leaving me unable to use my heat. It doesn't give me pleasure at all to leave a distasteful review but the situation brought me to full tears. I would have loved to have received a follow up call from your company but I did not.
