Good people! Bought a new car that was slightly damaged, brought it in and they worked with my warranty. They were so quick and efficient, Jeremy made my car look great. I would take my car back anytime I need work done on it.

Went for an estimate on an issue I had with my vehicle and I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy whom provided excellent customer service, explained the break down of cost and what needed to be fixed so I could understand, and although I was frustrated with my situation the team managed to cheer me up. Along with Jeremy, the manager Gary was a joy to work with as well. Both were kind and professional. Great atmosphere of people.

So I'm going to start off by writing that on November 6th our nightmare began when a deer decided to jump out in front of our vehicle. We have full coverage and had it towed to Gerber. From the start dealing with a guy named Jesse was miserable He treated you even on the phone like you were nobody not important at all. At the end of December they said our truck was done I went to pick it up and it hadn't been washed or cleaned not that that was a real big deal get less than a mile and it's pulling really bad to the right then making a bad grinding noise. I was told it shouldn't be as soon as I got less than a mile down the riad I called and let them know. Then that night when my hubby and oldest looked at it we noticed their was rust spots showing where they supposedly painted it and had missed spots, the tape had bubbled back fender piece they said couldn't be from the deer was still there then the bumper was crooked 2 inches higher on one side. His excuse it must've not settled right lmbo!! The grinding was the wheel wells up in the wheels!! The alignment was way off and Jesse said he didn't understand why that would be...well dumba.. We hit a deer head on going 60 mph!!They literally didn't do much. We took it back and Jesse was so condescending and ridiculously rude. Stating it couldn't be anything. Giving me excuses after excuses even said the rust spots were from the coal in the train falling through the air some bs like that. So completely fed up at this point I kept calling and calling called headquarters and even wrote emails. Finally I get a phone call from a guy named Gary he came to my work to look at my truck and couldn't believe what he saw and knew my concerns were warranted....I mattered and wasn't crazy. Though we were skeptical we gave him the benefit of the doubt and folks today after 5 months I finally got to get my truck back and it looks awesome!! I even gave Mr. Gary a hug if it wasn't for him it would've never of gotten done and working properly!! He has the best mannerisms and genuinely cares about his customers. I wouldn't ever want to deal with Jesse again but Gary all day any day and can't thank him enough for taking a horrible situation after 5 months and making it all better in any way you could!! We can't thank you enough!!
