Baptist Medical Park - Pace

Great group of Doctors at this facility.The building is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend visiting this location in Pace, Florida.

I have been using Baptist Medical Park for many years. The front staff has always been very helpful. The Dr's are great I always see Pat Hill unless I do a walk in. Exactly place to go.

No line. Mask required. Frindly & efficient staff. Good parking. Did not have to wait long. Technician was friendly, and knowledgeable.

I went here to have blood work done. It was easy to find the laboratory because there were signs posting each area. When I made it to the lab area, I had to pick a number so I could be seen. A friendly lady showed me where the numbers were. Then I sat down and waited for my number to be called. The phlebotomists were nice and very professional. I was out of there within twenty mins and the procedure went smoothly.

I gave Baptist Medical Park - Pace, a three star, as an average, for two areas of service averaged. First area gets a single star. I cant seem to get an appointment with my provider any closer than one month out. I or my wife have never spent less than half hour, and at worse 70 minutes, waiting AFTER our scheduled appointment time, to be called to an examination room. Then there is a "customary" wait, 10-20 min before the provider knocks on the door. I believe the providers are pushed to see too many patients. The front desks appears to get quick turnover of personnel, and they can be pleasant, robotic, or out-right rude, especially on the phone; depend on the time of the month, I guess. Second area gets a five stars. The MA's are always polite, give a professional appearance and are thorough in writing their notes. My provider is also polite and professional, knowledgably, listens well to my problems, explains my issues and treatment plan. A very pleasant professional.
