I personally dont like the Hartman family. If youve been a server in this town then you know what Im talking about.
Well, my youngest is in elementary school and they use Hartman photography. I refuse to support them but I would have considered it if I was able to view the picture before buying it like other photographers have done at other schools.
I ended up contacting another photographer in town who does great work. Theyre letting me bring my son to the studio to take pictures and giving me the same price as the school they take photos at.
Edit to add: The size of the party to wait on wasnt the issue.

We've used them for the last several family/kids' photos. The Hartman's always provide top-notch quality photos and a painless experience while taking them.

We had a wonderful experience with them! They are friendly and professional! We got our photos back super quick, and they were absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend!

On May 9th we noticed everyone had gotten their digital copies, but not us. We reached out and were sent the copies right away.
On May 29th we emailed asking about the prints in our package. We didnt receive anything at the school when all other packages were handed out. No response
On June 7th we sent the same email again, and were told they would look into it.
NOBODY EVERY RESPONDED
We emailed again on July 1st and July 12th
July 13th they said Im not sure what happened but they would get them ordered.
July 17th we were told it was finally ready, almost 2 months late! We asked if they would mail them and got no response but to come pick them up. I live 20 minutes from there and work long hours. I dont feel like I should have to miss work hours to come pick up something that this company messed up.
