Rather than sweep up the concrete dust and disposing of it before installing sliding doors on lanai, crew simply swept it into the pool. As the pool guy, I've been cleaning this mess up for 2 weeks and still not done. Home owner will need a new filter at least and depending what's it's doing to the pump, maybe a new one, all at home owners expense. Not cool.

I signed on with Elite after meeting with the business owner Rudy. He seemed to be honest and I liked him.( I signed the contract in January and the job was completed in September. I did not see or hear from Rudy during that entire time.) Shame on me. I should have known from the start, based on the hand written contract with very little detail, of what I was getting into. The job entailed an 8'x16' expansion of my lanai with glass enclosure. I would not recommend Elite for these reasons. There is no project manager and no Project plan. As the customer you have no idea what to expect, when to expect it, who will be doing it, or how long the process would take. Elite deals with subcontractors for many steps of the process. Communications between Elite and the contractors as well at the customer is very poor. (Throughout the project it was me calling Elite to find out what was next or what the hold up was. Often the Elite person would ask me who was last here and when.) Of the five inspections that were required by the building permits, four of them failed the 1st time. The workers are nice enough , however they don't provide their name, leave cigarette butts all over the place, and left items debris in my lawn almost everyday. When there were mistakes they apologize and attempt to fix them. The quality of enclosure product appears to be very good. That said, I have to use commercial window cleaners for the outside of the sliders because they are so heavy .
