        We had a pipe leak that destroyed our master bathroom, closet, and bedroom on July 12, 2014. We used 1Source Water Damage & Restoration at the recommendation of our plumber, Best Plumbing. 1Source did a great job of drying the house out but that is where the great job stops. During dryout they were professional and efficient. Afterwards during the remodeling portion they were slow to respond, communication was lacking, and their customer service left much to be desired. We will not recommend their services to any of our friends and neighbors. Our bathroom is still in the same state it was 2 months ago, and now we are using another vendor for the work.
