        I scheduled for Monday, June 19, 2023, and was charged $90. The cleaning I had previously for the same exact service was $65. I am not understanding how the same service jumped from $65 to $90. I explained on the call the issue of the discrepancy and felt disregarded. I would not have scheduled if this was going to be the case. When I had scheduled the cost was not explained to me via email of this cost change as well. This is a bad customer service experience. Service: General carpet cleaning
