Salesman came, and we asked questions. Too bad they weren't answered correctly. We paid all up front for 8 windows total. We were told we would not have to redo inside molding. We did! The first time they came, 5 windows were installed. No complaints. Except they measured wrong on our 3bay looking windows. So they re-measured and ordered 3 more windows. On the 2nd return to install , the window was still too big for the openings. So instead of re ordering again. They cut wells off windows, hammer them, and pried them with a crow bar, leaving marks on my walls and woodwork under the windows. Oh, and the best part windows are not even to each other! Had a Representative from window world, tell us they don't make the windows, they install! And the reason they aren't even is our house. It's bad installation! There are even pieces of vinyl broken off from them screwing windows in place. After paying$$$$ for their windows and installation. We are left with a mess. Stay away from a company that has no respect for you home! And won't make things right. Don't listen to the salesman, because what he tells you doesn't get backed by the installers.i may not live in a million dollar home, but it's my home that I love. We paid to make it better. Not worst....
