Patrick and Susan are amazing. They answered my call immediately and were very professional. New water heater installed at my beach house , but was not an easy install. They gave me an estimate when promised and immediately were able to schedule me for the following week. I loved working with them and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. WOW.... I can t say enough good things about this company!!!!! I dont care where you live near or far, if you have a plumbing problem, CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!
We bought a 40 year old house, which we love, unfortunately with that age you have to expect some problems... things wear out... things have to be replaced. Since day one, our biggest problem has been with the water. We have a well and septic system. We knew nothing about either. The water pressure kept getting weaker and weaker. We had tried a few other local plumbers, they were ok... one was extremely expensive!!
We had 2 leaks in our plumbing... fortunately both in the garage. We tried another new plumber American Plumbing & Repair!!! If I tell you 3rd times a charm!!! They were here when they said they would be here, they were ALL very professional, very polite.
My husband talked to Patrick (owner) and told him of all our water problems. Patrick was very knowledgeable, and explained different ways for us to deal with our water problems.
He was never pushy, just very knowledgeable.
We decided to have our entire house re-plumbed. I lost sleep over the coming project... I envisioned my entire house turned upside down.....
Patrick came a few times to lay everything out. That way they knew exactly what they were doing. If I tell you I was so pleasantly surprised, they made almost no mess at all!!! I think because everything was done in such an orderly way, the clean up was that much better!
We know have great water!!! Thank you Patrick, and everyone who helped with our project!!!

Family run business is an understatement... Turns out the person I talked to on the phone was the Wife and mother of the two gentlemen that showed up to my door!! Lol.  They did a great job and would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Thank you Patrick, Michael and Susie.
