B-MAC AND SON PLUMBING LLC

Bill is as honest as it gets. He does good work and shows up when scheduled. I am guessing the bad reviews are flukes (every one is entitled to bad days, and there are difficult customers out there). I have used him 6 times within the last two years and he has been phenomenal. I highly recommend him.

If you are on this site doing due diligence on B-Mac and Sons, you have nothing to worry about. Bill is the most honest plumber I have ever dealt with. He is excellent and does not overcharge. He is as conscientious as it gets. He is usually out 2-3 weeks but call him because things change. He shows up when scheduled. I have used him at least half a dozen times and he always does a great job. I highly recommend him. Bill and Crew from start to finish were amazing! They answered right away, came to give us an estimate and completed the job all in the same week! Seriously who gives that great of service anymore? Not many. B Mac does! They were, prompt, courteous, super knowledgeable and all around excellent! Our job ended up being bigger than we had anticipated and they knocked it out with hardly a second thought! This is the only plumber we will be using from now on! Thanks Bill and Crew -A plus all the way! Highly recommended!

Owner was unpleasant from the beginning of the work when he arrived. Damaged both tub finish and the installed hardware itself, and left things incomplete. When asked why, he offered thin excuses, then an insincere apology laced with lots of hostility. Overcharged me for what was done, and would not provide an itemized invoice when requested. Service: Faucet installation
