About Carleus (CJ) JohnsonWhether making sales or making music, communicating has been important to Carleus Johnson his entire life. He attended Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, as a member of the university’s marching band and received his bachelor’s degree in mass communications in 2007. Before assuming my current position, I was the first Regional Agency Director with the Wilson Agency, where I promoted more than 12 Supervising Agents and three Agency Directors. We feed and clothe those in need, visit nursing homes, and participate in various community events.”“If I could start over with the Company,” says Carleus, “I would embrace the process/system immediately and be more focused and disciplined.
