Pure Water Changes Windermere

Oct 2021 update - we have had several issues with the power supply due to the long extension cord install. They did fix the fried board, however buried the extension cord (see pictures) and wrapped the connection with plastic (not safe). Owner called me impossible (see screen shot) and stopped contact, so I worked with a licensed electrician to fix myself (another $75 spent fixing this companies mistake). I should also note that my original agreement with him was for solar but he has claimed the solar is very problematic, so apparently avoid that option. 5/23 update to the review below - Our cabinet company was able to fix the damage for $50 and took them about 30 minutes. Original Review - We have had our system for almost 2 years now, and took advantage of the complimentary moving service they offer when we moved. The re-install was an adventure as the tech had to come over 2 days since he forgot parts, and still left with the job unfinished. Both the exterior unit and the interior unit were leaking, we were able to correct the exterior leak by just tightening the connection point, but they had to come back out and correct the reverse osmosis system. My favorite part, is where they installed the exterior unit didn't have power so their solution was to drill a HOLE through the exterior wall into the adjacent room to plug in there. Now here is the fun part, when I tried contacting the owner Bobby he was extremely rude and refused to share insurance information so we could file a claim. He claimed the leak was our fault and accused us of improperly removing the system (even though I have text messages confirming the appointment and that his tech arrived). I shared my review on Facebook and he called me a liar despite me having the text exchange. He failed to show up for a conversation regarding the damage that was caused by his team or even apologize for calling me a liar. Buyer beware and find another company that believes in quality and good customer service. Also, he has several "water" companies in the Central Florida region which I would caution seems like a scam so he can hide bad business reviews as they share the same address, phone number, and the websites are identical.

Bobby Pinson at Pure Water Changes installed a water treatment system for my home and I LOVE IT!!! No more water spots on shower doors. The grout in the tile has been restored to its original color. The water is odorless and now tastes wonderful! Thanks Bobby!!!

The owner is a real piece of work. Beware. Not mistaken. Bobby. Just read your responses to any negative reviews. Who reacts like that? A nut job.

Bobby was great. He was able to test our water, and install the system - within hours. We've loved the system ever since. The water tastes great, feels great, and makes the shower glass doors look A LOT better. All it takes is a little salt every few weeks, and you're good to go!

I've had my system form Pure Water for a little of six months now. We have been extremely happy with the quality of the equipment and the water we get from it. I was so concerned about our water after our well was installed, but the water softening and filtration works as advertised. We did have a small problem that occurred a few months after the installation, and after calling the office, a technician showed up the same day and fixed it. Its been great ever since.
