My parents had a leaking valve behind the shower walls which led to mold and needing a whole shower replacement. Michael and his sub-contactor, Ronald were excellent. They included my 88 and 90 year old parents into every conversation, explaining to them everything that was needed. They stayed late until everything was finished and completed the job in a timely manner so my parents could have use of their walk in shower as quickly as possible. At the end of the job, my mother said the bathroom was beautiful and the shower looked better than when they had their house built. I work with these companies on a weekly basis and know firsthand it is very hard to find a reputable one. After my experience with them, they have certainly taken the prize as the worst of them all. Not only do they bill at least two times what other companies would bill (which these companies already over bill as is), they also are very careless and slow with their work. They cause additional damage to my home that was unnecessary. I heard from a friend they did the same thing to them as well. Do yourself a favor and roll the dice with another company!
