        I am extremely disappointed in my service today. My primary reason for my follow up so soon (saw Emergency Vet Sunday, today is Tuesday so we still have medication and awaiting overall outcome) was because of pain r/t ear & eye infection. I paid $306 to leave with only eye antibiotic ointment. It would have been way more but I declined several tests. It feels like the focus was on testing and getting as much money as possible verses helping the dogs symptoms. In comparison the Emergency Vet diagnosed my dog in minutes without all of this extra stuff, and I left with ear antibiotics, treatment for motion sickness, and nausea...and only paid $10 more than this visit. I'm am literally sick to my stomach about this and MY DOG IS STILL IN PAIN...with only ear ointment.

        my boy Gucci was in for a couple surgical procedures and Dr.Basso and her staff were absolutely fantastic with Gucci. He is doing well thanks to all at University Animal Hospital.
