DO NOT INVEST IN THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
My husband and I decided to start a Family, we had at that time a Honda Civic 2 door, small car and very uncomfortable for the little ones. We had come to an agreement to sell the Honda and buy a 4 door car. Sold my Honda and now we had money to invest, my husband wanted a truck, preferably a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He had one in Puerto Rico and didn't want no other car just that one. I started searching the web while he visited car dealerships, Called me he found the truck in this dealership. Paperwork went perfect, we had been approved, we gave the money and took our brand new car home. First week, the car broke down and it would NOT start. We called the dealership and told them, they sent a mechanic to my home to SUPOSEDLY check the vehicle, which by the way I don't even think they are certificate mechanics. By just looking at the car the mechanic said it was the Powers tearing Pump and Fuel Pump. We called our insurance company and they dropped the truck in the dealership. They said it will be ready by 2 days, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and nothing. The service was free, the car parts we had to pay. Finally getting the car back everything fine, the following week, getting ready to work I jump in the truck and it wouldn't start AGAIN!!! The same routine again, the mechanic came and this time he said it was the spares, 1 day passed no one did anything 2 days nothing. We called the insurance once more and dropped it off at the dealership. Apparently the mechanic didn't know what he was doing that, the dealership called a Jeep Mechanic expert to work on the truck. Took another week for them to fix, and again we pay for the parts. When the car was FINALLY ready. Everything was fine! That's what we thought, when you drove the jeep and stopped at a red light it turned off, the new problem is it was lower than 1,000 revolutions it turned off. We told the Dealership they said they would take a look, but never did. At the end of March, while I was driving to work, the Jeep just shuts off and I almost crash, got to the side of the road and waited 3 hours for a towing truck. We call the dealership AGAIN!!!... I had to take the day off, losing money and always wasting my money to pay someone else's gas. We went and told the Dealership Manager, Santos, that we were tired to get us another car, he said he couldn't get us another car, my husband told him, " Also the payment of the truck hasn't been taken off of my checking account" That man jumped, (never in my life seen someone stand up that fast), to go see if the money was going to be taken out, if they only help us that quickly. he said he could only get us a Specific car Only!! Paying 400 a month plus he gave us 2 weeks to pay $700 down payment!!! and we still had to pay for the Jeep, we weren't economically stable to get another payment from the one we already had. We decided to give the key for them to fix the car again, a week passed nothing, 2 weeks nothing. They tried helping, but that just isn't enough!! Now we have a car still paying for it, that won't move anywhere from my parking lot!! Having my husband walk every day to work in the cold, rain, sun, and they don't care. This is a Dealership that don't care about helping people or their reputation just $$$$!! And we are not the only one this has happened to. They even called them "The Mafia" and "The Abusers" around our neighborhood.

bought a car from the in oct 1st 2012. it needed some work when i boutght and they said they would fix it. i dropped it off 3 different times before they actually started work on it. i dropped it off on a monday (oct 29th)and they said in 2 days the car would be ready(oct 31st). a week later they still hadnt started on it and its been 2 weeks and i still havent gotten my car back. it took me getting angry for them to start fixing it. people are nice but if the car youre buying needs work and they offer to fix it youre better off going somewhere else.
