I texted the guy about my title and he said its been sent out already and i been waiting over a month now so i called the dmv and they said that they haven’t received anything, and he doesn’t answer my calls or texts anymore!!! Don’t ever buy anything here

Had an appointment today to look at a mercury mariner. Showed up at 3:30 on time, and they had let another couple without an appointment drive it off when we arrived. We then had to wait around until the other couple made up their mind to buy it. We should have had first choice to buy, as we had an appointment for that exact car, and they let a random person come up and buy it, knowing someone was coming up for that very car. I wasted 40 minutes of driving and seven dollars in tolls to get there. They didn't care.We were going to buy that day, but luckily we found a better deal elsewhere. Unprofessional and unorganized at best.

Over a month waiting for the title of the car that we BOUGHT. Still have not received title. Unprofessional. If you can, buy somewhere else. Worse car buying experience.

Very Bad dealer , wouldn’t ever buy a car from here again, would be lucky if your car lasts over a month, forget about a refund never going to happen
