Nona was great she helped me find a down payment I could afford and that worked for me. She was nice and knowledgeable she explained everything so that I understood it. You get a good warranty as well.

I dont normally write reviews, but i really wanted to share my car buying experience. I do not like the car buying process but Za’nona made the entire process quick and painless. She explained to me how it worked with DriveTime and what my options were with what I was looking to put down. She sent me all of the options before I went in to the location and when i arrived she explained everything in detail and made the process extremely easy! She was super friendly and definitely provided an amazing experience!

The experience was okay. We selected a vehicle we liked, filled out the information online & once completed it said the “down payment” apparently, that was incorrect information for THAT vehicle… okay, so we’re told you can select through these for that amount. We were in an unfortunate bind, & needed a car so we settled. The interest rate is outrageous, but you can drive off with a small down payment. After emailing our already full coverage insurance card and verbally asking our sales rep. (while he was handing over the registration)If he added the insurance before we drive off & he immediately said YES! Lo and behold he didn’t! Clearly just in a rush to sell a car & not verifying his documents. Luckily nothing happened and I looked into it myself, but spending $35,000, it’s the SALESMAN’S responsibility to ensure everything is handled.
