        They still charge you the full amount and hold for 1 year! 1 year? Why exactly would there be a need for this, what is the purpose outside of a scam? even if you cancel a reservation! They don’t just refund like normal businesses. They rip off people with disabilities! $623.28 I was charged because I canceled the reservation early! It was not a last minute cancellation! I canceled because I could not take a shuttle from the airport to get the van! I found another place that leaves the van at the airport! Yet I’m still charged from your company! This picture shows the Scam, read the policy! They do not care about people with disabilities. They also have several profiles on google for the same address! Questionable operation here!
