If you're by yourself, and you don't have a way to magically drive 2 vehicles away, they will tow your car while you rent the truck.

I booked a truck for my move out almost a week in advanced with my phone number and email added to the reservation. Had someone drive me 45 mins to location to pick up truck for them to tell me their trucks are in quarantine. Im glad they are taking precautions such as quarantining their trucks but not one employee was wearing a mask so whats the point? Also I wouldve appreciated a phone call or a text letting me know now to come today then it wouldve been fine by me. Instead they handed me a piece of paper to call corporate which they they still havent contacted me. I went ahead and got a bigger truck for cheaper from uhaul where masks were required and i received better customer service.
