        Good morning our truck is sitting at this Ryder from 01/27/22 and still we do not have any update service department giving different update every day and Rental department is rejecting to give us sub unit to use temporary till our unit will be fixed, they are telling me to search by my self with other Ryder shops.Is it fair we dropped to fix our truck and no one taking care and does not want to help.I told them to transfer manager but no respond.Please if you see this massage check your Ryder workers and set up good communication to each other to get exact one update about truck
