Even though I paid a $300 deposit on my timeshare, they were going to charge me a fee to transfer it to someone else, ...$199!! What the hell is the deposit for anyway then? Because your agent spent a little time on the phone with me to book a timeshare? Are you serious? Additionally, my timeshare expires and I wasn't offered an option to extend it. Why doesn't my deposit cover an extension? To me - this is bad business. Not only did you earn this review, but you've lost any future business of mine. Buyers beware.

All of these awful reviews are absolutely correct, do not believe the fake good reviews. This company is a complete scam. Just like many others, my experience began with listening to my favorite local, very reputable radio station in Dallas, Texas. They said to call to win a free trip to Orlando if you answer a trivia question correctly, making it seem as if it was the actual radio station. I was driving and figured I’d give it a shot. From the very beginning it was sketchy. On the first ring someone answered and said “Congratulations you’re the 17th caller and have just won a free trip to an Orlando Disney Resort!” (Which I’ve later learned after reading these comments- they tell everyone they’re the 17th caller) If you’ve ever tried to win something on the radio you know your call doesn’t just magically go through on the first try and you definitely don’t win on the first try. I was immediately skeptical and even asked if this was legitimate and I had really won a FREE vacation. The guy speaking to me reassured me repeatedly by saying “Sweetie yes that was on the radio. You can’t just say things like that on the radio without following through with it. You won, you should be excited!” Still skeptical, I allowed him to continue explaining to me what this all included and it all sounded great, he was seemingly kind, although he continued to ask me things like “Now this is a great offer, right? Disney’s a great place, right?” As if he felt he needed to convince me of something that should really need no convincing if it was everything he said it was. Eventually this led up to a very quick, as if I wasn’t supposed to notice, comment that told me they would need a $300 deposit to book these trips but it was no big deal because I would get it back eventually after I went on the trip, that- by the way- only covers the lodging. Now it made sense. He rushed me for my credit card number in which I was naturally hesitant and explained to him why. He then became very rude and pushy implying that it made absolutely no logical sense as to why I would decide not to and if I did so I must be stupid and not understand how great this offer was. He then suggests to “ask his manager” to lower the deposit to $200 and goes on to yell across the room I assume and say “hey man can we make it $200? she doesn’t wanna do the $300. Yeah? Okay cool” then said to me “okay yeah did you hear my boss say $200 was okay? Are we good now?” I heard no one other than him talking to himself. Even had someone been there, the way that was handled was so strange. He also informed me this- “sweetie I would not be working here using this money to feed my children if I was making it by being dishonest with people” which now, knowing that’s exactly what he does, that comment makes me cringe. He said I was going to be sent an email with the terms and conditions simply stating “only the things we had just gone over together and that it required my signature immediately because it would expire and the offer would no longer be available” and that I need to hurry and sign so they could charge my card. At this point I’m looking over this email and reading reviews on the company realizing I was right the whole time. Huge scam. I was going to be made to attend a time share seminar once I got to Florida in which I would be required to pay for if I wanted to receive the things I was promised once there. I hung up on them and they called me back repeatedly. The email never expired. I’m thankful I dodged such a huge bullet and I hope this helps others dodge it as well. I feel so bad for the people that unknowingly fell for their brutal dishonestly. I’m also very ashamed in the radio station I’ve been a loyal listener to my entire life for allowing such scammers to access their dedicated listeners in order to make an extra buck and I will be reaching out to them as well. From the very beginning of basically impersonating a legitimate radio station giveaway to the end asking for my signature- all this company did was lie.
