This was the best service I have ever had. My driver was Jose. First, it was easy to schedule a pickup. 2. Easy to make changes. 3. The driver will text you when he is coming. Easy process. Now, I was picked up by Jose from Port Carnavel and taken to Disney resorts. He was great. He was telling us about the Florida area and also teaching my son Spanish. I cannot speak enough of this service. It was personal and you do not share the vehicle with anyone else. I was I had book the service when I first arrived in Florida for my cruise. I went with a cheaper route.

We have chosen this company because they provide car seats for children (we require two). Driver arrived on time, car was clean, car seats have been provided as requested. The driver met us inside the airport. Very convenient. Used the same company to get back to the airport.

This is our second trip to Florida. We used Star Trans VIP last year in Orlando and this year in Marco Island. Made a reservation online (we made it at least 3 month in advance) and got my confirmation email by the end of the day. Last year we arrived to Orlando airport and this time to Fort Myers airport. Same pick-up procedure. The driver met us at the baggage claim with a sign. Comfortable and clean vehicles, very friendly drivers. We were very happy with the service.
