I would give this 0 stars if I could.......Cancelled my reservation back in March due to Covid-19, 1 month prior to my trip and was told I was getting a full refund. Kathleen in customer service emailed me and said I would be getting a refund on my card, here we are 7months later and no refund. I was calling and emailing for months and no one got back to me. Finally today I sent an email threatening to go to social media about my experience and Kathleen emailed back saying "We do not have your money and cannot refund" Complete bs...... they have $273 of my money and I have it in writing I am suppose to get a refund. I have used this company for the past 5 years and I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated. As soon as its safe to travel we will be rebooking our vacation and most surely wont be using Orland Shuttle Service.

They are thieves and liars. I booked them for 2 rides and they charged me for 5. They owe me $900 and refuse to refund my money. The owner said that I should feel bad for taking food from his employees. Do not leave your credit card number for reservations because it will be overcharged. Check out the reviews on Trip Advisor. I am not alone.

Horrible experience! Booked reservation in mid January for mid March. Ended up deciding we wanted to rent a vehicle so mid February I called to cancel and was assured a refund would appear in my account. I honestly forgot and got busy planning our trip. 3/4 into March I realize still no refund. Back and forth phone calls and emails, with horrible customer service I must add, still no refund. This business has 8, soon to be 9 complaints lodged with the better business bureau all for no refund issued. All complaints have received no response from the business. Beware of this company, they like to take your money but refuse to give it back!!! Please spread the word so others are spared! In response to the reply from the company, I made the cancellation a month prior to the scheduled pickup.

Driver was late picking us up. I retrieved my stroller and baggage before driver was in the terminal. I loaded most of my own luggage. He was driving 40 mph in a 70 mph zone because he was glued to his GPS, despite me giving him directions TO MY OWN HOUSE! Upon turning onto my street. I told him the 3rd house with the light on. He pulled into my neighbor's driveway. I told him this was the wrong house. He replied, "This house has a light on." He then backed out of the neighbor's driveway and just pulled up to the curb by my house and set my stroller and luggage on the curb. He then demanded his gratuity. I told him that he did nothing to earn the gratuity and his service was not appropriate for a gratuity. He proceeded to argue with me. I finally had to tell him to leave my property immediately. I guess his definition of good service differs from mine.
