Over 30 minutes late. Answered my first call after 15 minutes past pick up time, didnt answer again after that. Hoping we dont miss our ship.

To Jenifer Jordan. You must be very confused! You paid next to nothing for Shared transfer at a certain time! You complain because you did not receive private transfer?? Your point is irrelevant, shared shuttles have schedules, because you are not the only passenger! Badmounting our business, because we did not send a helicopter to pick you up right at the moment you wanted? It seems to me this is paid competitors review, because it does not make any sense!! ATG Team!

THEY scheduled us for 10:45am pick up. Start calling and texting us 9am day of and told us to come out of the cruise. Made us rush out and pay extra to get out quicker and they ditched us at 10:30. Told us they have 45 min leeway time but we were out before our scheduled time. Stopped answering our calls and texts all together. Had us running around looking for one person out of a sea of people. They never showed we ended up going with another company.

Terrible!! Had an appointment scheduled and called to confirm and was told they couldn't find my reservation. I kept explaining how I had called over a month prior and was told my appointment would be 9:30am and I would make my 11:45am flight. Then they found my reservation but it was for 11:45am so I asked how could it change from 9:30 to 11:45 and he told he that's all they had available. I asked what about my reservation and he said tough luck. So I picked a different company that was happy to get me there at the airport by 9:20am. So do yourself a favor and skip these people. They are rude and a joke.

Worst service ever! We had a scheduled pickup of 12:30 from airport. He was late picking us up. Finally after several calls he showed up. Drop us off at port canveral. We scheduled a 9:30 pickup after the cruise as we thought we would be docking at 8:00. We we got off ship at 7:30. It was other shuttle services that was already there. Called them twice to see if they could get us early. No answer. Third call got someone asked what time will they be there, he said 9:30. I said well we are off the ship can you come earlier, he stated no your pickup time is 9:30. Mind you all shuttles where there some was leaving and more came. Well it was exactly 9:40 when he showed up. I called and spoke with the office at 9:10 he had the driver call me. I asked him how long would it be before he got there he said I'm on my way. We even had another shuttle service inquire about our ride. After we told the other shuttle service who we was waiting on he told us that he would call him because he knew him. Well at 9.:30 we asked him to call him, and he did. Terrible service driver was rude. This is a long post but I had to tell about my experience. After he took us to airport we asked the driver to drop us off at level 1. He wouldn't even take us there we just got out the van and pulled our luggage there and waited for hotel shuttle. No stars for this company! I only gave 1 star because that's the only way to make this post!!!
