Emergency Towing Orlando FL

Called for a tow, they took my credit card info, went ahead and charged me and quoted me 60 mins. I was kept on hold for a few while they were supposedly contacting a driver and giving them our info. We waited an hour and called back. Got put on hold for 5 mins then hung up on. Kept trying to call back with no luck. Got through and the same thing happened again. Same guy was answering each time but kept acting like he had no clue. About an hour and a half in, my husband called and was finally told that all the drivers had already been dispatched before we called and no one could get to us tonight. He then told us the tow truck driver had tried to call us and gave us a time which was before we had even called for the tow. We asked for a refund and was told they would call us back in 10 mins once they reached their supervisor. Safe to say that never happened. This place has only 9 5star reviews currently and I'm thinking it's a scam. Update: Their pending charge went through and I've reported it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company. As of 8/13, they have still not refunded the charge. As of 8/17, I discovered they have another page called Sherman's Flatbed Orlando Towing. I just left a review there as well. They have still not refunded me or reached out in any way. As of 8/29, my credit card company is still going through the dispute process. Still no contact from this company or refund issued. As of 9/28, my credit card company has deemed me responsible for the charge. The tow company told them I canceled while a tow was on the way. Whatever you do, steer clear of this company.

I was in a panic tonight when I came back from vacation and my car wouldn't start. Kelvin was real professional and a great person. He came to my rescue within 20 minutes. He got me back on the road very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company for your roadside needs.

Andy was a lifesaver! He was the most friendliest person I've ever met, very calm. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing when loading and unloading my car. Great company!

AAA gave me an estimate time of arrival of about 50 minutes. Andy arrived in about 20 minutes. He was professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond to solve my problem. Great. Recommended.
