I contacted Adam about 3 weeks ago to get a quote for long distance towing, as I am 2 hours from his place of business. He gave me a 2 different quotes: 1 for single car transport and another quote for multiple car transports. I was more interested in the multiple car transport so, I explained to him my situation and that my car was at a local lot near his business in Orlando. Adam was quickly understanding and agreed to work with me. However, it was a very very tedious process from the local lot letting them know that I had hired a 3rd party service (Adam) to retrieve my vehicle. 3 weeks of constant back and forth conversations that I had to tie up on my end and while I tended to all of that, Adam was extremely patient and understanding and made it clear that he just wanted to help me get my car back. Adam surpassed his customer service and business needs by going the extra mile for me. Again, Im 2 hours away and I was relying solely on him and his drivers on transporting my vehicle. My situation was trying because a lot transpired behind the scenes but, Im beyond grateful and appreciative in how Adam handled business with me.
