Our facility uses them for annual hurricane evacuation and we had to activate our contract with Crestline last year during Hurricane Irma. We signed up with them because they guarantee their services. Everything went great and for us, we now have a comprehensive evacuation plan that actually works and saves lives. Our director was very happy and so were our residents, families of residents and employees. Things couldn't have gone better. Thank you so much Keith and company for bringing us to and from our other facility to avoid the hurricane. You guys are great!!

Awezome service. Very good old fashion service and nice drivers. Buses are new and ride really well.

I have enjoyed this company every time I use them because they are on time and the coaches are new. Also, the drivers are so professional and safe. Last time the trip was the best yet. But i can say that about each trip, so really I just love the service. In June one of our other coordinator booked a bus from another (unnamed competitor and they were no where near the quality of service. Plus the bus was not clean and new like Crestline. Granted, the coach the other company sent was on time, but I was worried because the driver kept acting like he's never been in this area before. Than when we did arrive, it was barely on time. Crestline has their act together. Not only did the bus arrive early, but ai had the drivers name and phone number the day before the trip! Thanks for being so great guys! I figured I'd leave this good comment because you often never hear about the good and you guys really are not just good, but GREAT!
