I dropped off my Greenworks lawn mower here as this is the designated repair shop for Greenworks products in Orlando. After two months, the owner stopped returning my phone calls and when I drove there to investigate I saw that the shop went out of business. The owner absconded with my $400 lawn mower! I will file a police report and then contact Greenworks regarding this matter.
Update - I just spoke to Green Works and they are going to ship a new mower to me! What an amazing company! I love them!
