Worst transportation company around. Disney booked them for us last year for pickup at Orlando International and they forgot they had us scheduled even though I confirmed reservation. This year they called me 2 days prior to my pickup at our hotel to Orlando International to confirm pickup time would be 10:15 am. Day of our pickup it was 10:10 and I called and they told me I had a 10:45 pickup. I told them to cancel it and we took a cab. Will never use them again.

Rude incompetent drivers who stop on routes for no reason, stop their own route to yell at people on other routes, leave early, show up late hate them all

I was switching hotels in Orlando and decided to take a car since they were waiting outside my hotel. I gave the driver the address and general direction and he took me to the wrong hotel causing me to be late.
