Very nice in the beginning. After you pay them, they disappear. Have left them multiple voicemail messages and several email, and not one return call or reply. Ended up hiring another company for $2000. and got my tax bill cut in half, on a 6 year payment plan. Very happy with my outcome. Wish I never contacted this company! Stay away, crooks!

This is my second time using them. Four follow ups and I still can't get someone to assist. It is making me depressed. Tax problems are hard enough without having to chase representatives.

They started off great, but since then they have gone down hill. My one rep left the company and i was never notified. I requested by email many times for them to contact me to let me know where i'm at with my case. NOTHING. I called yesterday and someone in California told they were sending a request and someone would get back to me the same day. NOTHING AGAIN. I paid this company $3800 and received nothing in return. I have this documented with emails and phone logs. I'm requesting my money back at this time. Update: I was contacted today December 3rd and they are taking care of the case will get further updates. Update Dec 31: since the last time I updated everybody on December 3rd once again they are not responding for an update I've called three times and sent two emails and nothing again. I was told that I would been contacted the following Monday with an update from the IRS threw them on where my case is at. As of right now I want my money back and breach of contract you have not lived up to your end of the bargain and I have everything heavily documented. Let's start off the new year's in parting ways I will hire another attacks company that actually will follow through on their work
