Everything But Water

I only buy bathing suits from Everything But Water because of their quality and service. Vanessa Is so honest and makes me feel good about my purchase.

Manager very knowledgeable about how swimsuits should fit. She advised sales lady and they found several suits for me to try on. The dressing room was very clean (compared to the rooms in the department stores I visited in my search). Sales clerk was attentive and checked back several times. I found a suit; a very happy experience.

I have shopped here several times, but today was the worst experience. They had one sales clerk working and the store only had me and one other customer. I needed other sizes as I sat in the dressing room and not once did the sales clerk ask me if I needed help. I told her when I came into the store that I was ready to buy several swimsuits for i was going on a trip. You would think she would be rushing around to help me. In the end I had to get dressed, leave the dressing room and help myself to find other sizes. In the end I bought two swimsuits and didn't try them on. I was so frustrated with the lack of help. I probably will have to return them since I have no idea what they look like on. However, I need these suits for my trip. This store should hire better sales people who actually want to sell you something.

Yesterday I had the most incredible shopping experience at the most unlikely store. Normally I dread shopping for swimsuits but Sharon, who was the only person on staff yesterday, although busy with other customers, was incredibly attentive. She spent so much time helping me find the right sizes and styles and continued to check in on me while there, even during a high influx of customers in the afternoon. Additionally, she was pleasant and very kind. Although I could see she was in a frenzy running around tending to each customer, she did it with such a pleasant demeanor and attitude. Sharon absolutely deserves each of the five stars because thats the type of customer service she provided me. Additionally, I walked out with two new gorgeous suits, a few cover ups and two beautifully, well crafted beach bags. Love EBWalways quality goods!
